  1. I am forever having to ask our unit secretary to decipher what the docs have written in their progress notes.  After this last few weeks at work I now have a new game I can play before starting a shift —- guess what complications my non-compliant diabetic patient(’s) will have today.  Sad but true. I seriously need to better educate myself on their vascular issues and on better ways to educate on the dangers of high sugars.
